The Highway Inn Cancellation Policy

We offer 2 rates at The Highway Inn

Flexible rate: When you confirm an individual booking with us, we will not take a deposit but we will ask for a credit/debit card number to secure the booking and reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to amend or cancel a booking, please inform the hotel at the latest by 10am 48 hours prior to the arrival date, or the full room rate will be charged for the full stay on the day after the arrival date. Group bookings will require a longer cancellation period and will be advised at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Advance Purchase: Payment is taken upon confirmation of your reservation. If a non-refundable reservation is cancelled no refund will be offered.
